Cell Groups

   At the direction of the Holy Spirit, Bethel Ministries started  a ministry called "Cell Groups." These groups are designed to meet the spiritual, emotional and social needs of the church as well as the people in our communities.

   These groups are established as home groups, but aren't limited to meeting in a home. A meeting could be held at a business, restaurant, the church or a location that would be suitable.

    Each group will be a special group, majoring and specializing on the needs of those who attend. Each group will meet at the time that is most convenient for those attending. This will allow groups to meet in the morning, during the day or evening. We prefer that each group meet weekly, but that decision can be left up to the group and group leader. Groups are not to meet during any of our service times. We believe that church service participation is extremely important for every one.

    The subject matter that will be covered in each group is to be need-oriented and approved by the pastor over Cell Groups before it is taught. If there is a certain subject that the group is interested in and help is needed in finding that material, we will assist in providing the material needed.

    Our main objective in starting Cell Groups is to provide fellowship so that people can get to know each other, outreach that provides a means of inviting friends and neighbors to be a part of something exciting, Bible-based lessons in which people can learn and participate - helping them to be discipled and to grow spiritually, and finally -  providing enjoyable activities and functions by group preference.
